Gary has been operating as a management & Organisational Development
consultant for 18 years. Gary was responsible for the successful roll
out of some of the biggest Working Across Cultures and Change Management
initiatives to be delivered within BT, its' Alliances and subsidiaries,
during the company's key transitional period. A fellow of the Institute
of Personnel and Development, and recognised as an expert in the field
of interpersonal skills, coaching and counselling, Gary has provided
successful senior level programmes, consultation, facilitation and
training in over 20 counties, achieving real lasting changes often in
difficult circumstances. He has extensive experience of delivering
events across the turbulent Telecommunications industry, as well as
Health Authorities, European Round Table and Government. His real

Fred Josland
Fred has been delivering fist class customer care, commercial, behavioural and culture change training for 16 years. His first major programme was developed in the Telecommunications industry where the growth in competition and attitudes towards customers underwent significant change. Fred has developed training for Publishing, Distribution, Manufacturing, Brewing and Public Sector organisations. More recently his Customer Service training in the highly competitive Private Healthcare market led to the client being finalists and winners of The British Insurance Industry Customer Care Award for two consecutive years.
